Dust with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth; no harsh cleaners or solvents. Not dishwasher safe – hand-wash only in lukewarm water (below 40 °C). PLA softens with heat: keep it below 50 °C and away from radiators, candles and hot cars. In summer, avoid strong direct sunlight behind a window.

Every form is designed digitally in Frankfurt am Main, made as a sample and checked before it joins a series.

Matte, plant-based PLA made from renewable raw materials (e.g. corn starch), solid-coloured in one colour per piece. Each listing states the colour and finish of the object. It is not real wood or natural stone. Light, sturdy and odourless.

No. Our objects are not watertight and are meant for dry interiors only – please never fill them with water. Open forms are made for LED tealights or dried flowers.

Our objects are made layer by layer. The fine, even lines belong to the material and to the form – they are not a defect.

No. Our objects are purely decorative: not for contact with food and not toys. Small parts could be swallowed.

We make to order in Frankfurt am Main. Production and dispatch usually take 2–4 business days, plus DHL transit: usually 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–8 business days to other EU countries. We do not ship outside the EU. Etsy shows the estimated delivery date on every item page.

Yes. You can withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason – an Etsy message or an e-mail to hello@versform.de is enough. Then send the piece back to us within 14 days; you bear the cost of returning it. We refund the purchase price and the cost of standard shipping. If something arrives damaged, please send us a photo – we will put it right at no cost to you.
