Ordering and payment

The contract of sale is concluded with Concept4IT Consulting GmbH via Etsy. Payment is processed through Etsy Payments; the available payment methods are shown at checkout. All prices are final prices including VAT, plus the shipping costs shown on Etsy.

Production and shipping

• We make every piece to order in Frankfurt am Main and inspect it individually. Production and dispatch usually take 2–4 business days.
• Shipping by DHL with tracking: usually 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–8 business days to other EU countries.
• We ship to Germany and the EU, not to other countries. There are no customs duties within the EU.
• The estimated delivery date shown by Etsy on the listing and at checkout applies.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. A clear statement is enough to withdraw, e.g. an Etsy message or an e-mail to hello@versform.de.

• Please send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal to Concept4IT Consulting GmbH, Gustav-Freytag-Straße 36, 60320 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
• We refund the purchase price including the cost of standard shipping within 14 days using the same means of payment; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or your proof of return.
• If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, the statutory warranty applies (see below); you do not bear any return costs in that case.

Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. If something arrives damaged, please send us a photo at hello@versform.de. Fine layer lines are part of the manufacturing process and not a defect.
