Privacy policy

The German version of this privacy policy is legally binding.

This website is deliberately lean: it sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics tools and loads no content from third-party servers.

2. Hosting and server log files

The website runs on a server of a hosting provider in the EU that processes data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). With every request the web server automatically logs the IP address, date and time, the requested page or file, status code, browser/operating system and referrer. We need this data to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after 14 days unless a specific security incident requires longer storage. The connection is encrypted via TLS.

3. Fonts and images

Fonts and images are loaded from our own servers; there is no connection to Google or other third parties.

4. Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies, use no local browser storage and embed no analytics, advertising or social media services.

5. Contact

If you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, we process your name, e-mail address and message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related requests, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. To prevent abuse, the IP address of a contact form submission is stored for at most 14 days.

6. Links to Etsy

Links to Etsy (Etsy Ireland UC, Dublin) are plain links. Only when you click one do you leave this website; Etsy's privacy policy applies from then on. If you order from us on Etsy, Etsy transmits the order data required for fulfilment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). An informal message to hello@versform.de is sufficient. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
